We understand that choosing a hair colour online may be difficult, but we can offer as many exchanges necessary to find the nearest colour match for you! Feel free to send us an up to date picture via email for  free colour matching advise, or feel free to send us a  colour sample of your hair at any time. 
If you need to return your item(s), you will need to email us within 3 business days of receiving your package  info@locksoflove.co.uk with the intent of your return and for full returns instructions. Our staff will be glad to assist you.  Please see  our Return and Exchange Policies below. It’s mandatory that our return policy is followed 100% before attempting a return or exchange.

Refunds only if we receive back within  7 days of receipt of delivery. Anything received after 7 days will only qualify for an exchange only , exchange must be within 14 days from day of purchase.

**If your item is returned within the 7 days and has remained untouched and in its original packaging ( with no damage ) , you will be eligible for a full refund.   The  hair extensions must  not be removed from the inner packaging ( cardboard sleeve with ties ) and in the original condition they were shipped. This is for hygiene purposes .  All postage costs for exchange or refund must be paid for by the buyer. If the return is due to an error made by Locks of Love then postage will be refunded.
We hope you understand our policy and understand that we are as fair as we can possibly be. Most hair extension companies will not allow you to open the package at all and still qualify for a refund or exchange. You may open our package carefully and fully inspect our hair extensions as long as you only inspect the hair without removing it from the inner sleeve , and it remains in its original, brand new condition.

Full Return Policy and Exchange Policy

Our Return Policy (including exchanges) is as follows:

Unlike most hair extensions brands, we are so confident with the quality of our hair extensions and we allow you to open your hair extensions packaging from the top  and fully inspect them to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and colour match . However, we will not accept the return or exchange of any hair extensions that have been removed from the inner sleeve , worn, used or damaged in any way. Also, if any hair products (e.g. hair spray, Tint, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) are placed on them or if they are styled or heat-treated in any way, they will not qualify for an exchange or refund.  The hair extensions must remain in their original, brand new condition. We have various ways to determine if the hair extensions have been, removed from packaging or  worn, and if this is the case, they will  be returned back to you without a refund or exchange for hygiene and legal reasons.  Please check the hair and make sure that the colour matches your hair colour before removing from the cardboard sleeve . If the colour doesn’t match, you may exchange the item and receive another colour , but you will be responsible for any further postage costs .

Your first email will serve as proof that you contacted us within the required time-frame.
When we receive your return or exchange request form, we  will confirm whether or not you qualify for a return or exchange and provide you with return instructions including a link to our return form. You will have 3 business days to complete the return form and mail your item(s) back to us once we send you return instructions. The postage date will serve as evidence that your item(s) was shipped back to us within the required time-frame.
Refunds will take up to 3 business days to issue after we receive your item(s) back. We can not give a time scale of how long this will take to show in your account.
If our return policy is not followed in any way, no refund or exchange will be given. If you send the item(s) back to us after violating our return policy, the item(s) will be returned back to you. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions about our policy.

NOTE: If you are giving hair extensions as a gift, be sure to look them over to make sure that they are going to work for the recipient. You have only 3 days to decide on keeping them.
A grace period may be given if you need consultation about an exchange of colour, length, etc.. First contact must still be made within 3 business days. We understand that most of the communicating will be done through emails, so if you need questions answered before returning the item, we will be happy to work with you. We are very understanding and cooperative, and we only ask that you will be fair as well.
We offer no Warranty or Guarantee: If you damage your hair extensions in any way, we are not responsible and will not refund or exchange them. Our care instructions are included in your package. Any substances or hair products that you, or any other person, places on the hair is out of our control. We do not allow hair products, washing, styling or wear of any kind to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All hair extension products must be brand new, and in their original state to qualify.
We are not responsible for hair extensions that have been damaged with hair colour, and do not accept returns for extensions that have been coloured under any circumstances. Though our hair extensions are made with 100% pure human hair, the results of colouring any human hair are always unpredictable, and are out of our control. We do not advise colouring of any hair extensions. T
By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms.

If you qualify for a refund or exchange, we will only correct the transaction upon receiving the item(s) back to us. We can not issue refunds or send replacement item(s) before we receive the previous order back from you. There are no exceptions.

Please make sure to let us know if your shipping address has changed. Otherwise, your exchange will be shipped to the address you provided us with during your original purchase. If we are not notified of any changes, any items lost or stolen are considered a loss, and can not be replaced by Locks of Love. If we are not notified of any changes to your address, we can not know where to ship the item(s), and can not be held responsible for lost items. We must be notified when the exchange is first requested by email or phone.
